CRO: Clinical Research Organization. An organization contracted by the Sponsor to conduct or monitor various aspects of the study.

Curriculum Vitae (CV): Document that outlines a person’s educational and professional history.

FDA: Food and Drug Administration. The United States regulatory authority charged with, among other responsibilities, granting IND and NDA approvals.

Louisiana Clinical Research (LCR) is a full-time, dedicated psychiatric clinical research facility located in Shreveport, Louisiana. LCR adheres to FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practices (GPC).

Our dedicated research unit is uniquely designed to suit the special needs of clinical research. LCR conducts both inpatient and outpatient studies on site under the strict supervision of their well-trained staff.


Our dedicated Research Unit provides quality psychiatric and addictive disease treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in North Louisiana, Arkansas, and East Texas. Our unique relationship offers us the ability to control the quality of our research programs at all times.
